MLGY-200/MLGY-300 Roller Compactor
1. Brief Induction
MLGY200 Roller Compactor is newly developed granulating equipment that integrates material Extrusion-Milling-Regulating. It can produce the powder into granule with desired mesh, as well as to increase the specific gravity and fluidity of granule. No any additive needed in the process of extrusion. With its high automation, easy process, moderate capacity and easy cleaning, it is widely applied in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry.
2. Usage Condition
◆Applicable to material that is unsteady against moisture and solvent, as well as that may denature in humidity and high temperature.
◆Material Mesh: Natural and blended material that is >60 mesh
◆Cleanly room with Relative humidity ＜ 80%, Room temperature ＜ 35℃.
◆Roller Compactor should be separated when processing flammable and explosive material.
◆ Power Supply: 3AC 380V 50Hz, line N and line PE will not be interfered with each other.
